We hope to create a summary of rules and regulations from the

Many residents are concerned about issues that are actually
dealt with in the City of Delaware's rules. The City's web site
is www.delawareohio.net,
and the city's codified ordinances can be found at www.conwaygreene.com/delaware.htm.
Voting on issues is carried out using pars. "Pars"
represent the number of votes a property gets in the Association.
Most single family houses represent 50 pars. Twin singles are
26 pars. The total number of pars we have in the Association
is 9994. Sometimes a simple majority of members present is needed,
while at other times a 2/3rds majority of all pars is needed
for something to pass.
